Appointment Policy

- Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 100% fee.
- If an appointment is canceled or missed, a new appointment will not be accepted until the fee is paid.

Punctuality

- Arrive 5 minutes early. Being 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation and a rescheduling fee.

Payment

- Payment is due upon service completion. Cash, card, and mobile payments are accepted.

- Service may be refused for illness, intoxication, or hygiene concerns.

- Treat staff and clients with respect. Any form of abuse may result in service termination.
- Barbers reserve the right to stop a service if they feel uncomfortable.

Hair Expectations

- Discuss your hair goals beforehand; results depend on hair condition and expectations.
- Bring reference pictures of previous haircuts.

- We may take photos for promotional purposes. Inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.
